Graphic Designer (Freelance / Fixed-Term Contract)

360 Agency Berlin is seeking a Graphic Designer to collaborate with our strategic teams on a wide range of communication projects. The position is initially offered on a freelance basis or under a fixed-term contract.

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will contribute to the conception, design, and execution of visual assets across multiple platforms and formats. The role requires a high degree of versatility, technical expertise (PS illustrator, Indesign), and the ability to adapt quickly to different environments, brands, products, and creative challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality visual graphics materials for digital and print and POS.

  • Design and adapt assets for branding, campaigns, presentations, social media, websites, ads and editorial content.

  • Collaborate closely with creative director, strategist, and project managers to implement a given vision.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, including AI-assisted creative platforms

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

  • Strong visual culture, typography skills, and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to work across diverse industries, formats, and creative scopes

  • Familiarity with AI-driven creative platforms such as Midjourney, Kling, and Runway (or equivalent tools), and openness to integrating them into design workflows

  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Contract & Availability

  • Initial engagement as freelance or fixed-term contract

  • Availability to start as soon as possible

  • Remote arrangements may be considered depending on profile and project requirements.
